RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

EXCHANGE
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipping Locations: We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. If your location is not serviceable, you will be informed at the time of checkout.
Shipping Time Frame: Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process and dispatch your order.
Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery time varies based on

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Other Regions: 5-7 business days
Shipment Confirmation: You will receive an email and/or SMS with a Shipment Confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.
Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the Shipment Confirmation or by logging into your account on our website.
Delivery Delays: External factors like weather, holidays, or courier delays may impact the shipping schedule. In case of delays, we will keep you informed via email or SMS.
Missed Deliveries: If the courier cannot deliver the package due to unavailability, they will attempt delivery two more times. If the delivery still fails, the package will be returned to us, and we will reach out to you to arrange redelivery.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer shipping outside India.
